They recently had a show cancelled mid-performance in one of Nairobi's popular spaces as more supporters showed up than the venue could handle! Sam and Afam sit down with them to discuss this, the two's careers and many other topics their fans and others may be curious about. They begin with the different ways that music and fame has affected their daily lives and their artistry. This leads into a talk about intentionality when making music. Ethan Muziki and Kinoti get into their beginnings in the music industry, discussing the different paths they have taken eventually getting to where they are now. They also talk about their experiences dealing with fans through social media. Kinoti and Ethan Muziki give their views the Kenyan music industry, and try and figure out whether they are mainstream artists or not. The group then gets into discussing their recent projects, what they are working on currently and the collaborative effort between the two for a song and an upcoming show. To bring more awareness to the different genres of music within the industry we hope to see the artists & songs discussed in the podcast receive the recognition they deserve.
