Episode 1: Get Involved in Community

Jim and Eric's very first episode of Community Game Plan revolves around the importance of community!  The two discuss how knowing the area and people enhances the home-buying experience. They highlight the impact of community amenities and traffic on property values. The discussion includes personal anecdotes about coaching, volunteering, and business integration.  We are also joined by guests Jay Fisher, a photographer, who shares his community engagement through networking and local events, including a Halloween photo booth; and Linda Martin, President of Dartmouth East Rotary, who emphasizes Rotary's focus on education and homelessness, detailing their monthly food preparation for shelters and school book donations. Both guests underscore the significance of community fabric and supporting the most vulnerable.
