Episode 1- Managing your network: 'Save it for the worthy'

from Lisa wanna talk · host lisawannatalk

Hi there, I'm Lisa Chang and welcome to Lisa wanna talk.On this channel I would like to share with you my life, what I find interesting in science, health information and the wisdom that has helped me to grow.I hope that whenever you listen to the title track later, you will feel the comfort of seeing an old friend. In today's first episode, I will talk to you about a lighter topic, socializing and friendship.1. Being alone is an ability that includes the ability to take care of oneself and the psychological quality of being able to enjoy silence, and is a prerequisite for loving oneself.2. Relationships should be left to the "worthy". The maintenance of relationships begins to subtract with time. If friends don't share a common language or values in the moment, every second they spend together will be a drain. To manage relationships, you should save your time for those who matter.3. There are three types of friends you should not keep: the first is a friend who is not happy for your happiness, the second is a friend who is always self-centered, and the third is a friend who is full of negative energy.4. Honestly examine whether you fall into one of these 3 categories of friends that you should not have. When you observe others, you are also observing yourself, and solving your own problems is solving your interpersonal problems.5. Friends who are ambiguous can cause us to spend more time observing or thinking about their true thoughts or motives, which can be time-consuming and often does not lead to clear answers. The most straightforward answer is to ask your own intuition. If your instincts tell you that this person is probably not happy for your well-being, they are probably not the kind of person you would want to keep as a close friend. This is what we are discussing today on the subject of social relationships and friendships. You are welcome to write or leave a comment, and it would be great if you could share or follow this [email protected] me or buy me a coffee:https://pay.firstory.me/user/lisawannatalk
