Episode 1: Podcast intro and Last in First out - should this be a concern?

In the very first episode of Pegasus Radio, Paul explains why he has launched the podcast and what to expect. The first episode is then dedicated to the fear many have of joining a business and being last in first out when the business has a downturn; a concern many genuinely have given the current Brexit backdrop. Paul tackles concerns over Brexit and talks through his experiences of the 08/09 recession which hopefully will dispel the myths surrounding last in first out.
