Episode 10

Namaste! I hope you had a lovely Dashain/Tihar for those who were able to celebrate and nice restful times for those who weren’t able to. Please have a look at the carers website as this may be helpful to you or your loved ones: https://www.carersuk.org/ https://www.england.nhs.uk/commissioning/comm-carers/carers/ Sadly, this is my final episode but I hope to learn more things so that I can share them with you in the future. Thank you to my lovely listeners and for those who shared their appreciation and love.😊 You are awesome in your own ways and I wish you the very best with everything that is coming up your way! Stay safe!
