Madelana & Richard speak with friend Gary Potter, who lives in Bergamo, Italy. Hear a first-hand account of how life in the epicenter of the Covid 19 pandemic has been for a beautiful, medieval town in the foothills of the Alps. Covid 19 (Novel Coronavirus) unexpectedly took this small city of 120K+ people to its knees in a radically short time. Just behind the tragic start in Wuhan, China, Bergamo served to provide guidance to the world stage as they dealt with staggering numbers of deaths and unmanageable illness in the early days of the pandemic.  Madelana and Richard are co-founders along with their partner, Debby, of Mind Your Body, a Somatic Education clinic that uses a variety of healing and consciousness-based modalities to assist their clients and students in improving their quality of life. Mind Your Body clinic is located in Cedar Grove, NJ with affiliates located throughout the country.
