Roger considers the legacy of his own work as a teacher of somatic touch and movement therapies, while also reflecting back on some of the more impactful moments of his journey.

Meet Amy in our first of two conversations with her. Get to know how she has experienced Somatic Mindfulness and how she uses it in her massage practice.

Roger shares the natural evolution of his practice as a business through the ages. As a member of the NYC dance and performance community, his clients originally came from his community and he shares some powerful client stories and how he's worked to help them overcome their challenges. And from his sharing of his client stories come many morsels of wisdom for practitioners of this work and clients of those practitioners.

Roger's first-hand experience of transformation was rooted in the role movement played in his own body and life. Somatic movement and touch easily wove together and fit his professional life as a dancer & choreographer well. It's a story of ongoing transformation.

Catarina Forte joins us from Italy. She is a prominent Feldenkrais Practitioner who comes from a family of Feldenkrais Practitioners (The Method). Catarina pioneered the work on the island of Sicily when she established herself in practice and research in Palermo. It's a rich lineage that she and her family have pioneered. She generously shares her story with us.

Our conversation turns to how Somatic Mindfulness impacts interpersonal relationships. In her characteristic directness and honesty, Kim shares from her personal experiences and well as how she's integrating this work in her professional practices as a massage therapist and sound healer.
