Episode 10-Here's Why Most People Fail At Their Diet & Training Program

from Raising Kids. Pushing Weights. · host Jeff Newman

In today's episode I'm talking about why people fail at their diet or training program. Most of the time it's because they're jumping too many levels from where their baseline is.Their baseline is at level 1, yet they're trying a level 5 diet. Then when life gets busy and they can't stick to the diet, they fall all the way back to level 1 because they haven't built up their baseline.Building up your baseline means taking it slow. Changing one thing at a time. Making it extremely easy to stick to. Then you can increase from there.Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
