Episode 10 - Word of the Year

Life just took different turns this year, priorities shifted and I had to do some revamping. Sometimes life does that and we just have to pick up and move forward. But sometimes stepping back does give you clarity and that's exactly what led me to this year's word because today's episode is Word of the Year. And my word of the year for 2026 is coherent. I will be sharing coherence after 50 years old in this episode today.Last year my word was limitless. I just love being limitless. There's something so special about this word, because to me it means endless potential.  Last year was a year of real evolution for me. Listen in as I share my journey from limitless, and moving towards becoming coherent. My aim, publish a new episode every other week. But bare with me, some times life just gets in the way.
