Episode 103 The Side Effects of Online Influence

In this episode the babes continue to talk about side effects but this time the focus is on online influence and the progression of it.  Such a fun episode where we go back in time and age ourselves by talking about how blessed we are to have been the last generation without social media in our teenaged life. We truly do feel for kids these days.  Being a teenager is hard enough.  Being online at all is hard.  Combine those two… shit has got to be hard for them.  This is why we think it’s now so social responsibility to the younger gens for us to be mindful of the impact we are having. It’s fair to say that mental Illness, body dysmorphia, drug addiction and the comparison game is running rampant.  Is this a direct side effect from online influence? Being stuck in a fake reality online?  People have truly lost touch with what’s real and what’s digital.  Crazy time kids!! But hey; it made for a super sun episode that’s for sure!!
