Episode 104: The Murder of Michele Avila

Hello       Welcome back  This is survived with Sophie and Lexi We started telling our survived story (in college) and we are moving on to being you guys more Through many different topics  Michele Yvette "Missy" Avila was born on February 8, 1968 and passed away on October 1, 1985. She grew up in Arleta, a neighborhood located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Michele had been friends with Karen Severson since they were eight years old, but their friendship started to deteriorate when they entered high school at San Fernando High School. It was rumored that Severson became envious of Avila due to her popularity and beauty. She also resented Avila for spending less time with her and more time with boys. In fact, Severson even spread rumors about Avila engaging in sexual acts with multiple boys. This led to Avila being physically assaulted by a group of girls who accused her of sleeping with their boyfriends.
