Episode 108 - “GPAs before Emails”

In this episode, I share how two days ago, my day didn’t start out like it could have because I chose to check emails first when I got to work instead of doing my normal routine. When I get to work each day, the first habit that I do is my Gratitude List, my Prayer List, and my Affirmation List....my GPAs. When I choose to check emails, I am off to being responsive, defensive and reactive. Doing what I need to do for myself first would have allowed me to be more balanced and in a grateful mindset.
