Amy launched her first Online Teacher Training program this year with students from all over the world participating, with the next course set to begin this September. Amy teaches a variety of movement styles thanks to the high caliber of training she has completed with the likes of Kelly Starrett, the FRC team and a handful of the top yoga teachers across the globe.
