Episode 11 - Laura Weddell   Laura Weddell is a movement practitioner and clinical reflexologist. Laura helps women regain confidence in their bodies through a combination of restorative and regenerative practices such a Clinical Reflexology, strength incorporated Pilates and Yoga.   In this episode we chat about the importance of finding joy in her business and learning through trialing different strategies. Laura shares her approach and how she works with people functionally and holistically rather than prescriptive. We discuss imposter syndrome and how to push through that, overcoming perfection and the inner critic, the power of a network and support networks and the value of them and finding your path in your own unique path. We move into sharing our experiences of how others perceive being self employed and the real implications of self employment and growing thick skin and the need for even more mindset stuff and the massive rewards from the rollercoaster.
