Episode 11: Lean Into the Light
from The Rooted Teacher by KDP Hosted by KDP
It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, especially as the end of the school year approaches. But amidst the chaos, there is always light to be found. Take a moment to reflect on where the light shines brightest in your day, your work, and your life. Whether it's the smile of a student, a moment of connection with a colleague, or a personal achievement, find those glimmers of light and hold onto them. As we reflect on the past school year, it's essential to acknowledge both the challenges we've faced and the successes we've achieved. Take a moment to recognize the obstacles you've overcome and the growth you've experienced. Celebrate your resilience, your perseverance, and your dedication to your students and your craft. By acknowledging our challenges and celebrating our successes, we can cultivate a sense of pride and accomplishment that fuels us moving forward.
