She uses Mac The Therapist's list of 13 things he encourages black men to do more of. The segment starts with a returning guest, El-Amin who has also been featured on the Black Owned Everything segment. He let his guard down and talked about his experience with setting boundaries and how he strives to be accountable every day. He also shared how stress channels his creative sense and how if he had one area of improvement, it would be to have a bigger heart and to do more for others. Blessings to this King!!!
