Episode 115– The Guys get together to talk a good week for the Cavs, the AL Central, NFL Free Agency, World Baseball Classic, March Madness, Cat Tank standings and biological age

Hey there… its Episode 115! – Gerber, Danko and Chuck get together for a busy night of sports talking, and more, in the Land. The Guys start at home recapping a good week for the Cavs and looking ahead to the Guardians’ challengers in the American League Central Division in 2023. On the Road (23:30), the Guys… actually stay at home for a little bit to talk Browns free agency. After that, they hit the road to talk about the World Baseball Classic final games, the tumultuous first weekend of the NCAA tournament, who will make it out of the Sweet 16 and the standings in their annual March Madness Cat Tank tournament. Of the Field (43:49), the Guys talk ageing, wellness and each of their biological ages. After taking a biological age test (Danko wins) the Guys discuss the factors that determined biological age, the testing method, their level of honesty when taking the test and the mental health aspects of a good biological age. Before closing out the night the Guys look back on the first episode of season three of Ted Lasso. Stick around after the closing music for the outtakes (103:30), more Guardians, Lasso and a new white Russian recipe.
