Episode 116: Healing Yourself to Heal Others with Liz

As intuitives and healers, it can be very easy to take on the states of those we work with, out of a desire to show up for our clients, our friends, and our family members. There is a lot of hard work and “hustle” culture in our world as well, and all of this creates a situation in which we can easily become burned out. It’s actually in the best interest of those we are serving for us to work on ourselves and pour into our own cup first. Though doing this we can show up more intentionally as healers and provide our clients with a depth of emotional attention that mirrors what we’ve already experienced within ourselves.   Liz is here seeking clarity, as she feels things have been shifting in her life recently, and that shift is bringing her uncertainty.
