Episode 119– The Guys get together to sports talk about the Cavs Game 1 loss, the Guards good and bad week, an NFL franchise sale, the NBA Playoffs and another great episode of Succession

Its Episode 119! – Gerber, Danko and Chuck get together for a big night of sports talking in the Land. The Guys start “At Home” by digging into the frustrating stats, coaching decisions and (hopefully) silver linings of the Cleveland Cavaliers opening round game 1 loss to the Knicks and look ahead to the rest of the series. The Guys also check in on the Cleveland Guardians who just completed a decent week that could have been better and the brewing Will Brennan controversy. On the Road (23:10), the Guys break down some of the other options for how to spend the $6 Billion reportedly being used to purchase the Washington Commanders, discuss the rising prices of buying an NFL team and wonder about Daniel Snyder’s genius for getting top dollar for a team losing games for decades. Off the Field (42:16), the Guys take the whole segment to talk about one episode of Succession. The Guys look back on the ground breaking and shocking third episode of Succession’s final season (Spoiler Alerts, a lot of them). The Guys discuss the heart breaking moments, where the events fit among some of HBO’s finest shows, how the game changes and which character will win in the end. Stick around after the closing music (109:01) and hear more, and more, Succession talk.
