In Part Two of this 280+/ROQ Live collab we finish the conversation about Que's impact on Philly after collaborating with over 700 people during the show's four year run. In addition we get more reasons why he decided to bow out for good and what's on the horizon for him.  Later on, I start to pick his brain and acquire some Podcast tips and wisdom moving forward. Also, Que explains his methods for finding guests and the inside joke on his choice of episode titles.   Furthermore we get into a great conversation about Fatherhood. Que is a new father and we talk about the joy he finds in being a girldad, and how his "only boys" theory was debunked! Fatherhood fears including how to deal with our kids exposure to sexuality and how we plan to deal with them having phones. Que is a dad that can't cook, so I grind him up about that. Lastly, what's the key to gaining your child's trust no matter the circumstances, will your kid be willing to talk to you?
