Episode 12: Becoming an Author - It Takes a Village to Write a Book

Hey, friend! You read it correctly! It may feel like writing a book is a solo activity but it actually takes a village to publish a book that looks professional inside and out. My village began with my writing/publishing coach, who I talk about in this episode. She provided my accountability and gave me strategies for planning, writing, publishing and promoting the book. In next week’s episode, I will also share how the rest of my village helped make my dream a reality. This began with friends who served as my initial readers, to my professional editor and graphic designers, all of whom took my manuscript from words on a page to a beautiful book.
