Episode 12: Just a Dunkin'Customer

What is going on in this world that we can no longer be great employees just because we didn't open the door.  The phrase "the customer is always right" just never sits good with well experienced restaurant employees. Customers need to understand that we are there to help and assist but do not lie about you handicap situation. Believe it or not in this episode we have a customer who did lie about it. We will not judge your handicap situation but when you get up and walk around its a different story.  We also mentioned a person with a substance use disorder, however please understand in reality we do have to deal with these types of customers and it does make our job a little more complicated.
