    Cheap ass Starbucks

(Just a mini clip) Don't you hate it when they don't fill it all the way up when you ask for no ice?

  8. 27

    Ep 25: You People....of 2023

Episode 25 of 2023, what do you have for me? Lets complain about those complaining customers, aka the "cuntstomer". Why do we have to pay extra for whip cream Starbucks? Servers sometimes the customer can hear you complain about their table. RIP to the customers who went to Panera bread for a lemonade.

  9. 26

    Ep 24: David The Joke

Who doesn't love a famous person in their restaurant? Actually plenty of employees say they are the worst! Lets talk about a recent video that was all over social media. David aka El Presidente of Barstool, likes to go around and review pizza's. Not only does he review them but apparently he also saves small businesses, according to the video that he made. It didn't seem too convincing. He wants to critique people, so we will critique him. Let's save all small business pizzerias'.

    Ep 23: Barflies

What kind of restaurant stays open after 100 violations? A buffet I guess. Join us while we talk about co-workers who like to stay and hang out after they clock out. Also does any restaurant actually give handbooks any more? What happened to them? Do we not sign them any more? Speaking of handbooks can we also talk about NON-SLIP SHOES. The most important part of a restaurant uniform policy. Also how fresh are your Panera/bread bagels ? Find out on on this episode. Enjoy

Episode 22: I Was Here First!

Hello, welcome to the restaurant where we serve the people we recently sat down, instead of the people who have been waiting patiently for 15 minutes. We understand that servers have stuff to do, but if they are not ready for tables, why sit them? Had a bad experience at a Mex restaurant and we are not going back. We really like to talk a lot about our experiences at restaurants, specially the expensive ones that always assume you cant afford a glass of champagne. I hope Riches face doesn't put you guys to sleep and my horrible jokes JAJA!

  12. 23

Ep 21: There's Fleas In My Peas

What do we love about eating out ? The cleanliness? The fact you don't have to wash dishes? The atmosphere? Not worrying about allergies? Most of us agree on all of these, but can we also agree that one of the most important things is not having a pile of dog poop next to your table.  As employees we know that it is part of our job to clean after the customer, however it is not our job to clean up after your dog. We understand service pets exist, that is the reason some dogs are allowed in restaurants. Your pet is just YOUR pet, not the employees or the other customers. Customers would really appreciate clean food that is fur free.  So please leave your jobless pet at home. Thank you we appreciate your business.

  13. 22

    Episode 20: The Host

"Can we get a booth" "Can we sit somewhere quite" " Is my table ready"?  So many questions so little time. Lets talk about how The Host is always the one staff that gets all the questions we can't say "YES" to. We can try to accommodate, if we are not busy but if we are busy on a Saturday night and you did not make reservations well tough shit, the wait is 30 to 45 minutes.  "Is my delivery ready'? "it will be another 5 minutes" If you are a deliver driver and you have no patience what so ever do not deliver. As a delivery driver you are not our boss, you cannot tell us what to do. Either take the deliveries or don't, but you cannot rush delicious meals. The host is an easy job, so easy 14 year old kids do it, but you have to have a great smile and be with good conversations.  Let us know about your experience as a host.

Ep: 19 Why is Rich Always Right ?

ATT Managers stop copy paste the schedule.  Do you think mothers get the boot when it comes to getting hired? Lets talk about mom hours, and why we get mistreated with schedules.  Here we are 5 days later, still no job.  It was a difficult decision, but you know deep in your heart I will go back to my previous jobs.  Lets refresh back to my previous episode 18 when I decided to quit my JOB and see what my co-host has to say. Job searching can be crazy nowadays lets see how long it takes this time.

  15. 20

Employees call it wage theft, and managers call it a glitch in the system. Join me on episode 18 get my personal story.

  16. 19

Ep: 18 Is My Paycheck Ready?

Employees call it "wage theft". Managers call it "a glitch in the system". Have you ever worked for a company that say they will pay you x amount but they paid you -x amount? I have. It's pay day and your paycheck looks very different.  Want to know why I just quit my 3rd job of the year? Should I have contacted the Labor Department? Let me know what you would have done in my situation. It just wouldn't be a podcast unless you add your personal life to it.

  17. 18

Ep: 17.5 Put that thing back, part 2

Part 2, A slice of reality. We try not to be negative but listeners need to start to realize that we are just a  regular couple trying to "make it".  Just a conversation about risking it all just to become your own boss.  I promise we weren't half naked !

  18. 17

Ep: 17 Put that thing back where it came from or so help me !

The holiday season can be stressful! Specially for supermarkets. Join us and lets talk about how people never put their product back where they found it.  Customers always leaving a big mess behind, and why we can never say cumin correct? Food is very expensive for you to just leave it any where. This is our first time making a video podcast and even though we cant afford any upgrades at the moment  we had to make 2 separate episodes for the same topic, from the same night . I know crazy times ! Hope you join us for part 2 !

  19. 16

Ep: 16 Let us NOT talk about work!?

We sure miss telling stories about our lives or is life? Do you ever want to stay on topic ? So do we, but we never can.  I'm not sure why I am allowed to record while I am intoxicated, but next time I need to wait until we start recording.  Sometimes is not great to listen to all my non-sense  while I'm drunk not to mention that my kids walked in on us while we were recording (the podcast). Come and listen to our Poddie! As always this podcast might not be suitable for very one, ENJOY!

Today we will talk about how annoying customers can be when they come in 1 hour right before we close.  You are half way through restocking your line, cleaning most of your line, and a party of 6 comes in.  Customers need to understand when they come in last minute, please do not expect us to have what you want.  Lets talk about what was the longest you have waited for your server? Listen to our experience. Is my server here yet? LOL Enjoy...

Don't forget to send us your stories on anchor.fm

  23. 12

    Episode 12: Just a Dunkin'Customer

What is going on in this world that we can no longer be great employees just because we didn't open the door.  The phrase "the customer is always right" just never sits good with well experienced restaurant employees. Customers need to understand that we are there to help and assist but do not lie about you handicap situation. Believe it or not in this episode we have a customer who did lie about it. We will not judge your handicap situation but when you get up and walk around its a different story.  We also mentioned a person with a substance use disorder, however please understand in reality we do have to deal with these types of customers and it does make our job a little more complicated. I hope you understand episode 12, and send us any messages if you have any similar experiences.  Help is every where don't be afraid to ask.

  24. 11

Episode 10: A Bakers Life With Me

I wanted this episode to be about my co-host Rich. He works overnight as a baker and has to put up with me during the day. Episode 9: Show Me The Money

Tips,Tips,Tips would be appreciated! Let's explain to everyone tips might not be a law but we do work our asses off to be paid more than $3 an hour. Tips should be mandatory or at least be included in the check. Stop being assholes to the employees serving you and SHOW US THE MONEY! THANK YOU . Join us on episode 9 and let's talk about how every one should be tipping!

  27. 8

Episode 8: 2 Great Customers and Random Convos

I am sure we all have our favorite customers who make our days.  My favorite ones are those who always listen to us while we are getting backlash from our not so great customers and tell us that we handled that with patience. In reality holding in our anger to make sure that the customer is satisfied is not always a good feeling. Join me and my 2 previous managers and my 2 best friends to talk about our 2 favorite customers and mostly random cat conversations.

  28. 7

    Episode 7: Just leave already

Working so long in a company really does feel like a serious relationship.  Once you give your two week notice they start acting and treating you differently. You start to see how toxic that company really is, at the end of the day you need to split ways.  Getting treated very unfairly is a sad way to leave. Join me on episode 7 to tell you guys how I ended my career as a caterer from a 2 week notice to 1 week.

  29. 6

    Episode 5: Modifications

Don't we all love when we get orders with modifications? Especially when they do not pay for it? They can order the cheapest salad on the menu and decide to write in extra items, without paying extra. People need to start learning, not everything in life is free. Join us on episode 5 to let the world know that they have to pay extra for that piece of baguette.

  30. 5

    Episode 4: Always our fault

I miss having our own delivery drivers.  Having third party delivery drivers is much more stressful . Drivers do not follow directions, customers calling us, and blaming us that we did not deliver to the correct building.  I can go on all day, but in the meantime I hope you enjoy our show and thank you so much for joining us every week!

  31. 4

    Episode 3: Last Minute Orders

Lets talk about last minute orders. Mainly last minute catering orders. Lets remind our customers that we only have 2 hands and we can only do so much. We don't want to lose any business, but we also do not want to lose our minds.

  32. 3

Episode 2: A Review of Reviews

How about we get to review and rate our customers? Sometimes customers do not understand how they can change our moods in a matter of seconds.  It is time that we speak our minds, its time to let people know that we are all humans and it is impossible to be perfect at our jobs.  Grab yourself a margarita and help us understand why the (ass)ociates are always the root of the problem for the customers, (according to the customers).

  33. 2

Episode 1: Is My Order Ready?

Hey guys thank you for listening to our first episode.  We are really excited to finally vent about our customers and how they make us feel deep inside. After a long stressful day at work go home and open a bottle of beer or a special cocktail and tell us about your shift. You do not need to say where you work, but you can give us an idea. No matter what kind of restaurant you are in, fast food or even a 5 star restaurant, we love to hear it.  We are just 3 regular individuals who try our best to satisfy that one customer who said they will never come back, but still show up the next day. I hope you enjoy our crazy podcast.

    Is my order ready?!

Let's talk about our daily shifts, the ones who made us laugh, cry, and even quit. The customers who make us do the unthinkable because they feel some type of way. Sometimes, all we need is to clock out and have a couple of drinks to vent about our day, just to go back and do it all over again the next day. Can't wait to hear your stories. Send us your messages on anchor, and we will share it. Remember the customers are not always right.
