The Company mission is to "make life more rewarding and dignified for those who use our products and services."V. George Maliekel joined Hollister Incorporated in 1999 as Vice President of Global Marketing. Over his 25-year tenure, he held various leadership positions, including Vice President Americas and Asia-Pacific, Vice President Global Business Units, and President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2011, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Firm of John Dickinson Schneider, Inc. (JDS Inc.), the parent company of Hollister Incorporated. He served in this role until his retirement in July 2024, after which he continued as Executive Chairman of the JDS Inc.
