Episode 12 - Louise Russell   Louise is a seasonal yoga teacher and wellness coach and helps women to prioritise their wellness and helping people to live in balance with seasonal changes to allow them to create balance and deal with stressors of everyday life.   Louise shares how she came into working as a coach and yoga teacher and how she balances this alongside her NHS job. She’s relatively new in business and she shares how she’s finding navigating building her business and the lessons she’s learned around both the logistics and mindset. We speak about the importance of relationship building especially at the start, strategies that are off social media including word of mouth and know/like/trust, the importance of strategy and focus rather than scattergun approaches and thinking outside the norms using traditional marketing.
