We Are The Elxclub Elxclub We Are the Elxclub is a psychedelic-comedy-radio-drama. Imagine episodes of The Monkees remade for 1930’s radio, then put in a time machine to 2003 to eat Wendy’s drive-through and crank up the sci-fi sonics. After years of toiling in obscurity, Elxclub — the best unknown space rock band on Earth — takes their last shot at superstardom. Defiant Agents (Version 2) by Andre Norton Loyal Books Operation Cochise: a carefully planned Western move to colonize a planet ahead of the Reds. Travis Fox had been an eager volunteer, but the morning he dragged himself half-conscious from the wrecked spaceship on the planet Topaz, he sensed the terror which would threaten the project. Travis never learned why the ship had crashed, nor why he and the other Apache agents had been shot into space without warning and under Redax control, a machine which had returned them to ancestral mentality. But the dangers on Topaz demanded free minds, for Travis soon realized that if the Reds already encamped beyond the mountains--a horde of barbaric Mongols completely dominated by their masters--discovered the secret of the eerie underground chamber in the towers hidden in a valley of mists, not only Topaz but Terra itself would be destroyed. The STRU Podcast Richard Fertig Hey there I'm Richard. I'm a father, entrepreneur and former Wall Street Hedgefunder. I've owned a small portfolio of real estate investments since 1998 and traditionally I generated rental income through long-term rentals. About 4 years ago a buddy of mine mentioned Airbnb hosting for short term rentals. It sounded crazy at first, but I was willing to give it a shot. Happy to say in 2016 I generated over $500,000 in rental income which is 2-3 times what I would've generated long-term.Now I want to share what I've learned over the last 4 years to help you get started on Airbnb and Homeawy and / or take your business to the next level. My mission is to build a community of people who embrace the short term rental idea and share their own thoughts and learnings. I've learned plenty the hard way, and I don't know everything, but if we build a community we will all crush it in this space.
