Something was wrong. Her boyfriend, James Humphries tried calling again and again but no answer. Eventually he went to her Cambridge apartment himself. And what he found brought her promising life to a brutal and unexpected end. Jane’s death would become one of Harvard’s most chilling mysteries. One that would remain unsolved for nearly five decades.
