Episode 125 Being Real with the Mama's!

In our next segment of Being real with we have a plot twist! The mamas take over the show and share real talk with each other about being a parent and specifically being a mama. Since we just celebrated Mother’s Day, what a perfect way to honour the mamas on our show and in our community. Y’all work so dang hard. We see you. We love you. We support you. This beautiful real talk between K & H is so heart warming. To listen to K on her journey with Kash man as he navigates school life, being a big brother & amazing co parenting parents is truly amazing. You’ve guys have heard her grow through the seasons as a woman and as a mother and her raw real talk always makes me proud of her. You can even hear the massive growth with Kash too and that’s truly a reflection of the work his parents are doing to make his life the best. That doesn’t mean that didn’t come with hard times, whoops moments and tribulations but what that does mean is that they faced it all, grew and moved forward. We also get to now watch Hails and her baby girl grow right in front of our eyes. With similar but different experiences to Kay, Hails was a new mom during the pandemic (Ep 109) with a whole new set of situations moms before her never faced. But as you’ve seen those two are the best of friends and Hails determination to make sure Evie doesn’t feel the blow of the last couple years shows what a strong woman she is. Despite being tossed this shit bag situation, her little family is just growing day by day, learning ways to live the most happy, health life on their terms, getting back to the basics of living and health and we ARE HERE FOR IT. Watching these two lean on each other, help each other, be graceful with each other but also being honest about parenting is just the dopest thing. This is how mom friendships should be IMO.
