Episode #127 Courtenay Turner, The Children Of Toxic Parents

Episode #127 It’s a miracle that Courtenay Turner is even alive. If it were not for someone at the hospital misreading her mothers labs they would have chosen to end her life by abortion due to some complications. Luckily for her and the rest of the world, she made it! Due to those complications, Courtenay suffered as a child with learning and physical disabilities. She then turned to movement as her medicine and became a gymnast, dancer, aerial acrobat, CrossFit athlete, and actress. Her story is amazing, and I hope it conveys the message that if parents want healthy babies, they must be healthy themselves first. Her story also points out that no matter what cards in life you have been dealt, the quality of your life depends on how you “respond’ to those challenges.
