Vernicia has over 16 years of experience in management and currently serves as Client Services Director at a medical clinic in Northern Virginia. She manages the hiring, training, and supervisory duties for the counseling staff, medical staff, volunteer mentors, and medical professionals.   As President and Founder of S.T.E.P.
