Episode 16 of the Journey to DevelopHer™ Podcast with Jonathan Steingraber. If you are in real estate you’ve most likely heard of Jonathan Steingraber. He is known for his passionate speaking, in-depth training, and his personal story. As Jon would put it, “Everyone has a story.” His is pretty remarkable. In 2009 Jon realized his passion for public speaking while working with FortuneBuilders Inc. He started off as an intern in their real estate investment company CT Homes LLC which is famous for being on the hit TV show Flip This House on A&E. His offer to them was simple he says, “I’ll work for free, no questions asked.” He quickly proved to be more valuable than an intern and became the marketing director. Quickly he developed a business model for the educational side of the business which is called FortuneBuilders and he was recruited full time. Jon headed up program development and was the creator of what is their business model today where they tour the country teaching students on how to get on a path to financial independence.
