Chef Brooke Wagenheim is owner and operator of Chef Brooke's Natural Cafe, in Fort Myers. Born in Manhattan, Brooke has worked in the food industry since her teenage years, in kitchens from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Shibuya, Japan.
