Courtney Owens and Markeisha Stone were both in their early 30’s and living full lives. Courtney, an entrepreneur, owned her own used car dealership in Georgia. Markeisha was a mother to 4 kids and extremely dedicated to keeping them safe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2022– both of these women’s lives would be horrifically taken & in disturbingly similar ways.
