Episode 131: The Lie: My Worth is Something I Earn

Hey, Friend! Have you ever noticed how difficult it is to stop working? You finish one project, and instead of feeling satisfied, you immediately start thinking about the next one. You tell yourself you'll rest after one more meeting, one more event, one more email, one more accomplishment. Why? Because many of us have unknowingly believed a subtle lie: My worth is something I earn. As Christian leaders, we know salvation is a gift of grace. But too often, we live as though our value depends on our productivity. We confuse being faithful with being busy. We measure ourselves by what we accomplish instead of remembering who we already are in Christ.
