Episode 132- The Guys get together and talk Guards bouncing back, Browns’ new defense, the Open, the World Cup, Summer Hot Takes and an Off the Field Double Header: Oppenheimer and new music

No time for losers because it’s time for Episode 132! – Gerber, Danko and Chuck get together to talk sports, and more, in the Land in a special four part show.  At Home, the Guys celebrate the Guardians bouncing back from a bad second half start wit ha winning week … even though pitching remains a concern. The Guys also talk 2022 Browns defense, the addition of Jim Schwartz and defensive coordinator and his most important impact on defense. On the Road (19:45), the Guys look back at Brian Harman’s dominant but kind of boring Open Championship win before moving on to a quick recap of USWNT’s opening game win, the best nil-nil match of the first weekend and the big USA v. Netherlands match upcoming this week. The Guys close the segment talking Summer Hot takes, running back Zoom meetings and Dan Snyder’s big day. Next, the Guys play their first of their Off the Field double header. First (36:11), the Guys go Running in the Cinema for their review of the bleak, dark, long new release Oppenheimer. The Guys review the movie, the best cameos in a great cast, an unlikely replacement for Oppenheimer and thoughts in a sequel. The Guys then shake off the Oppenheimer regret for the back end of the Off the Field double header (52:50) and talk new music releases by Gaslight Anthem and Bruce, Dolly, Dan Auerbach and Nas.    Stick around after the closing music (106:35) for the outtakes and hear about kids and thunderstorms, Oppenheimer actor battles and more Guardians talk. Errors – Gerber talked about Shauffle (Xander) he meant Sheffler (Scottie) during the golf chat. To be fair… those are basically the same name.
