Episode #135: Spiritual Integration

from Tea Time w/Amie & Bev · host Amie Wade

When it comes to spiritual practices, there are an endless number of options to choose from. But how do you know which ones are right for you? And how do you go about integrating them into your life? One key thing to remember is that spiritual practices should be tailored to fit your individual needs and interests. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so experimentation is key. You may want to try out a variety of different practices to see what works best for you. There are also a few things to keep in mind when integrating spiritual practices into your life. One is that it's important not to overdo it. If you're new to spiritual practices, start slow and don't try to do too much too soon. Also, make sure that you schedule time for spiritual activities just like you would for any other activity. Treat your spiritual practices as an important part of your life, and don't let them fall by the wayside.Be patient! It may take time before you start seeing results from your spiritual practices. But if you stay dedicated and keep at it, you'll eventually notice a difference in your life. So don't give up, and keep practicing!Amie and Bev have a conversation about this and offer up a tip using oracle cards for the coming year.May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
