Having observed last week the dismal starting-point of Protestants with regard to “abortion” in the mid-60s, Dave continues to track the history of the UK Church’s response through four key books.  Although not much improved in the 70s, thereafter we see increasing biblical light shed on the issue by Evangelical writers, and we are able to finish this week’s episode on a hopeful note.  Our fourth book represents glimpses of the beginnings of new levels of awareness and conviction in the UK Church, but a great challenge remains for each one of us: are we in, or not?  This is Part 4 of our mini-series, “How did we get here?” - tracking the key moments and processes that brought us to where we are today with regard to the baby genocide in Great Britain.
