Hey, friend! Would others say that you are a person of integrity? I like this definition of integrity: The consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. I happen to think that most of us have integrity. That’s not the problem. The problem is when we step outside the boundary of our own integrity. So, let’s take a look at how integrity is measured, the connection between integrity and credibility, and a simple way to align your conduct to your values.
