In today's episode, I share a 5-step strategy to reflect upon and course correct my how I bounce back from a crappy day. Here is my 5 step process for dealing with a day from hell.1. Forgive yourself 2. Wait to reflect until the emotional charge has dissipated3. Get support from a trusted friend/colleague/ally4. Decide what you need to do to make the situation right5.
