Hello there dearest Listener and potential patron HAPPY NEW YEAR. Huge news for you to kick off the year. Tom met a lovely fella called Luke at a sow he did beforr Christmas and Luke works for SBD a Sheffield based weighlifting clothing company who sponsor the Worlds Strongest Man Competition! Anyhow they've only gone and sent us a load of free weightlifting gear, for which we're very grateful, although wearing a singlet proved too funny!
