In our first ever roundtable conversation on The Digital Marketeer, we had the honor of hosting four amazing industry experts as they shared their thoughts on the current state of hiring and talent acquisition in the digital media world. Steve George, Marc Goldberg, Risa Goldberg and Mya Good shared valuable insights on trends, changes and challenges companies have been facing when it comes to hiring and cultivating talent. See below for more info on our distinguished guests.  Steve George - Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition for Connatix, Steve is a visionary recruiting contributor/leader with extensive experience in securing top talent for startup and enterprise corporate environments across ad tech/digital, media, entertainment, CPG, publishing, and spirit industries. Further, he has provided impactful insight around diversity recruitment, employer/employee branding as well as organizational scaling. Marc Goldberg - Marc runs a consultancy called Stages Collective where he has four practice areas. They provide fractional sales and business development support, buy media for clients, and help with Strategy and Assessments, as well as a recruitment practice where he provides contingent recruitment services. Risa Goldberg - Risa is the founder and President of Media Recruiting Group, a 9-person nationwide recruiting firm with a focus on Digital Media, AdTech, and Advertising. In business for more than 20 years, Media Recruiting Group recruits across all levels, including C-Suite positions. Risa runs Media Recruiting with her husband and business partner Steve. Mya Good - Mya is a Talent Acquisition leader with over 8 years of experience hiring in the digital marketing and media space. She is currently overseeing the Talent Acquisition practice at Good Apple, an independent media agency where she has developed their talent acquisition processes and strategy and day-to-day recruitment. Mya's relationship-driven approach to talent management has assisted in growing Good Apple by 30% since her joining in 2022.
