On this episode, I wanted to discuss you minding your own business when it comes to being a people pleaser. There are millions of people that will do anything to be loved, liked, appreciated, valued, wanted, needed, to be a part of something, to be validated, to be approved, to be accepted, for someone to know your worth, and proving something to people. This stems from being a people pleasers, captain save a hoe, build a bears dolls, seat fillers, and people pleasers. The problem is by being this type of person, you get taken advantage of, manipulated, bamboozle, led astray, lied to, cheated on, in jail, hooked on drugs, an alcoholic, unalived, abused, mistreated, and much more. There is no real benefits in being a people pleaser for multiple different reasons.
