Episode 140: My Big Why: Why I Do This Work

This episode is a little more personal. I'm recording from Italy after spending the past month traveling through Europe, leading retreats, continuing my own personal growth, and having one of the most impactful coaching sessions I've ever experienced. It gave me the opportunity to step back and reconnect with why I started this business in the first place. In this episode, I share my "big why." I talk about the years I spent chasing success on the outside—through my career, relationships, money, and achievement—only to realize none of those things could give me the lasting fulfillment I was looking for. It wasn't until I turned inward and began healing my relationship with myself that everything changed.
