Episode 144 - Women

On our second to last episode of the season, we tried to talk about just women but boy, it was a mixed bag of a lot of feels. I think we are all at a state where we are truly trying to find ways of taking our power back and as we have started to do so we’ve really want to encourage others as well. Once we started changing our inner dialogue and stories, we seen the shift. Nothing in society has changed really, but how we decided to see ourselves, honour ourselves, get back to natural processes and ways of life, we started seeing the trash we had created ourselves. We do not have to fit into any box. Any story. Any narrative we do not want too. We can easily respect each others thoughts, feelings and experiences without dividing further. In fact diversity of experiences bring forward even more empathy and understanding. This isn’t a hate on ladies rather a “wake up and glow the f up sis!” You have this power. It’s scary. And daunting some times. But the pay off is truly marvellous and we want you all to join us on this journey of looking in and listening ♥️
