Today's guest is Andy Dinner, founder, guitarist and vocalist of Phantom Lung!Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Phantom Lung blend the most unhinged, violent and abrasive characteristics of Grindcore, Death Metal and Hardcore, they leave no doubt that they have become one of the most talked about premier acts in the Canadian Extreme Heavy music scene. After releasing 3 EP's in 2023, the band spent 2024 dedicated to experimenting angles in regards to perfecting the live performance and atmosphere and writing their highly anticipated released for 2025. Their first release of 2025 is their latest single 'Starving to Serve', a ferocious song that instantly had me hooked on the band's sound.I'll be chatting with Andy about how this band began, from a one-man band he began, to recruiting the members, recording the music and of course, chatting about the Extreme music scene in Canada.
