Episode 15 - Some thoughts on Self-Trust

from Embracing Uniqueness with Greteljane

In this short but sweet episode, I share some thoughts on self-trust, which is something that comes up in a lot of my client sessions and in my own work. I discuss the importance of self-trust and its connection to self-love, self-belief, and self-acceptance and emphasize the need to explore and understand our inner world, including the parts of ourselves that don't feel okay or don't trust. I also highlight the significance of processing anger and rage as part of the self-trust journey and encourage listeners as always, to drop into their bodies, notice sensations, and acknowledge whatever is present without judgment. The episode concludes with questions for self-reflection on areas of self-trust and the feelings associated with it.Get in touchI am a Relationship Coach & Trauma Therapist helping neurodivergent single mums running their own business to feel less stressed and more confident creating a life they love for themselves and their kids doing what they love without constant overwhelm, burnout or needing hide their authentic self from the world. Website: www.greteljanecoaching.com.auFacebook: www.facebook.com/greteljanecoachingI use a unique blend of Human Design & Somatic Trauma Healing modalities to support you to thrive.I’m looking forward to seeing you shine your unique magic out into the world in your own unique way.Gretel xx Hosted on Acast.
