Today Tom (with a little bit of Lyd) talks through how the choices YOU make NOW could be the difference towards you achieving your goals in 2024…or not. This is a time of year where we see athletes take an ‘off season’… (skills season is a term we prefer in Passion Fit) and it is often seen as a bit of a relief alongside a decrease in motivation. This doesn’t need to be the case and is not something our athletes experience, in fact Passion Fit athletes use the term ‘skills season’ to describe this time of year and embrace the opportunity it presents.
