Poor Things is a 2023 film directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, known mostly for his shock-value, absurdist films that go for the unconventional narratives. This film is written by Tony McNamara, adapted from the 1992 novel of the same name by Alasdair Gray. It stars Emma Stone (who also co-produces), Margaret Qualley, Mark Ruffalo, Willem Dafoe, Ramy Youssef, Christopher Abbott and Jerrod Carmichael. It does feature a kakaibang Emma Stone, in her most daring role yet! Same with Mark Ruffalo who deviates from the good guy to Duncan's, errrrr, well you gotta see it on Disney+ as well.
