Episode 156: -ii- [Two Eyes]
from Whatever Comes Next with Tom Osman · host Tom Osman
This Friday, the 4th of September is World Sexual Health Day, a day that French electro-industrial act -ii- have consciously chosen to unveil their latest record Ars Erotica : Volume I—a record in which they, as they put it “are adopting a "sexpo" approach, viewing sexuality as a form of positive expression and an enriching experience, while liberating bodies and minds from the dictates of patriarchy and capitalism.”The French duo of Hélène Ruzic and Benjamin Racine joined me last year on Episode 102 of the podcast to discuss their previous record Apostles of the Flesh, on which the pair brought in various collaborators. On Ars Erotica : Volume I they revert back to working just the two of them and that is what the three of us are here to discuss.
