She was overweight and decided to join the track team and get her body moving in hopes that she would lose weight… which she did. That action as a young child eventually led her to opening up her own business with her husband Trevor helping other people transform their bodies too. Her story is truly inspiring not just because of her health transformation but also because she decided to follow her passion in life and figured out a way to create her dream career while raising two children… Amazing!
